A single Blueprint architecture that provisions, syncs, and governs 1,000+ marketing sites from one dashboard.
The brief: replace a fragmented set of ~1,000 marketing sites (each managed by a different team, on a different stack) with a single Blueprint architecture that could provision, sync, deploy, and monitor every site from one dashboard. We built a three-layer platform: a Blueprint layer for global governance, an API layer for configuration delivery, and a Sync Engine for versioning, caching, and reconciliation. Child sites became thin rendering shells that pulled their config, theme, components, and content from the parent — meaning a token change or component update could be safely rolled out to all 1,000 sites in a single deploy with rollback baked in. The platform now ships 78 features across 56 dashboard modules and 22 edge functions. Provisioning a new child site went from a two-week engineering ticket to a wizard that takes 4 minutes. Global brand or SEO changes that used to require a coordinated release across dozens of teams are now a single Blueprint publish with a preview URL for every affected site.
