You will not use the service to build or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. See our What we don't allow page.
Your content
You own everything you create in Build on Vibe. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the service.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Freemius. You can cancel any time; refunds follow our refund policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account any time from your profile.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
